Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Clinvite ("we") and the clinic or business that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Clinvite gives you a QR code, invite pages for your patients, claim pages and visit passes for their friends, and a dashboard. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you before removing anything you rely on.

Plans and billing

• Starter: $149 CAD per month, or $129 per month billed annually, for one location.
• Multi-location: $129 CAD per location per month, or $99 per location per month billed annually, from 2 to 14 locations.
• Enterprise (15+ locations): priced by agreement.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes. Usage on every plan is unlimited.
• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except under the 30-day promise below.
• During a beta period we may let you use the service free of charge. We will give you notice before billing starts.

The 30-day promise

If your QR code receives at least 20 scans and no friend claims an invite during your first 30 paid days, we credit your account with one month free. We apply it automatically. It applies once per account.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for following the rules of your professional college, including any rules about advertising and referral incentives. Clinvite provides reward settings and notes to help, but does not give legal advice.
• You will use patient and friend information only to provide care and to follow up on referrals, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
• You will keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorized access.
• You will not use Clinvite to send spam, mislead people, or break the law.

Your data

You own the information you and your patients put into Clinvite. You can export it at any time. Our handling of it is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Clinvite available and secure, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. After closure we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions: hello@clinvite.ca.
